APPARTAMENTO ROSA (I piano):    2 STANZE (5/7 pax)

 

L’appartamento, particolarmente curato sia nell’ arredo che nelle pitture interne (vedi foto), è dotato di ogni comfort per l’immediato utilizzo da parte degli ospiti. 

L’ appartamento, sito in una zona tranquilla e fuori dalle correnti del traffico, è completo di attrezzatura di cucina, stoviglie e tutto il necessario per una immediata e confortevole abitabilità. Forniamo coperte, cuscini, piumini/copriletti. Possibilità di fornitura di tovagliato, lenzuola, ed asciugamani al costo di 12€ a persona a soggiorno .

Balcone con vista sulle montagne limitrofe.
Ampio parcheggio privato fronte appartamento.

Nel prezzo è escluso il riscaldamento.

Apertura tutto l’anno, compreso il periodo invernale!

Ottimo punto di partenza per le vicine piste da sci(Bolbeno, Pinzolo, Madonna di Campiglio), per i mercatini di Natale e per visitare i più bei Borghi del Trentino.

Disponibile anche per soggiorni brevi ( 1 - 2 giorni ).

A pochi minuti dalla zona Termale di Comano, centro specializzato nella cura delle malattie della pelle, permette di unire il fattore curativo termale alle escursioni.

Dista 20 Km. da Riva del Garda, 33 Km. da Trento ed è facilmente raggiungibile sia dall’autostrada del Brennero, sia dalla stazione ferroviaria di Trento e da quella delle corriere di Riva del Garda e/o di Tione.

L’appartamento ROSA è  ca. 65 mq. e costituito di due ampie stanze da letto, molto curate, angolo cottura-cucina  con lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina caffè espresso, panca con tavolo a 7 posti a sedere, salotto con televisore e divano letto a due posti, con possibilità di aggiunta di un letto bimbo.

Bagno con rifiniture in marmo, asse da stiro, phon, ferro da stiro,ecc.

The apartment, which is particularly well-kept in both interior and exterior paintings (as you can see in the pic), is equipped with every comfort for immediate use by guests.

The apartment, located in a quiet and peaceful area, is equipped with kitchenware, utensils and everything you need for immediate and comfortable living. We provide blankets, pillows, duvets / bedspreads.

You can have bedlinen, sheets and towels at the cost of 12 € per person per stay.

Staying on the balconies, you'll have a breathtaking mountain views.

A large private parking is guaranteed in front of the apartment.

Heating is not included in the price.

The apartment is always open: winter season included!

This place is an amazing starting point to reach the nearby ski slopes (Bolbeno, Pinzolo, Madonna di Campiglio), to see Christmas markets and to visit the most beautiful villages of Trentino.

The apartment is also available for short stays (1 - 2 days).

It's few minutes far from Terme di Comano, where people can cure skin diseases. So, it's possible to combine the thermal healing factor with the excursions.

It's 20 km far from Riva del Garda, 33 from Trento and easily accessible from Brennero highway (both ways: Trento and Rovereto), from Trento train station and from Riva del Garda and / or Tione bus station.

The apartment Rosa is ca. 65 sqm. and consists of two spacious, well-kept bedrooms, kitchen-diner with dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, 7-seater bench, sitting room with TV and double sofa bed, with possibility of adding a baby bed. Bathroom with marble finishes, ironing board, hair dryer, iron, etc.

Die Wohnung, die sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich besonders gepflegt ist (wie Sie auf dem Foto sehen können), ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den die Gäste sofort nutzen können.

Die Wohnung, in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Gegend gelegen, ist mit Küchenutensilien, Utensilien und allem ausgestattet, was Sie für ein sofortiges und komfortables Wohnen benötigen.Wir bieten Decken, Kissen, Bettdecken und Tagesdecken.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher haben einen Aufpreis von 12 € pro Person pro Aufenthalt.

Auf den Balkonen haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge.

Ein großer Privatparkplatz ist vor der Wohnung garantiert.

Heizung ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

Die Wohnung ist immer geöffnet: Winter inklusive!

Badezimmer hat Marmoroberflächen, Bügelbrett, Fön, Bügeleisen, etc.
